INGREDIENTS:
* 1/4KL. CHINESE PECHAY
* 1 TOMATO
* 1 TSP. SALT
* 1 TSP. CHICKEN POWDER
* 1 TSP. OIL
* GARLIC
* SPRING ONION
* SOY SAUCE
* SICHUAN PEPPERCORN
*CHILI
*GARLIC CHILI SAUCE
PROCEDURE:
1. IN A BOILING WATER..ADD VERMICELLI UNTIL TENDER AND SOFT, SET ASIDE.
2. HEAT PAN, PUT OIL, SAUTE GARLIC, WHITE PART OF ONION, MINCED TOMATOES, ADD CHINESE PECHAY, SALT, BIG SLICED TOMATOES, SALT & CHICKEN POWDER, SOY SAUCE. ADD VERMICELLI, SICHUAN PEPPERCORN, CHILI GARLIC SAUCE AND CHILI. MIXED IT WELL.
