Crispy Chilli Dry Recipe:

Ingredients

• Chicken Boneless (Julienne) 250 gm
• Ginger chopped 1 tsp
• Brio’s Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
• Brio’s Hot Sauce 2 tbsp
• Brio’s White Vinegar ½ tsp
• Ponam Black Pepper Powder ½ tsp
• Ponam White Pepper Powder ½ tsp
• Ponam Salt as per taste
• Ponam Flour 1 tbsp
• Ponam Corn Flour 2 tbsp
• Eggs 2
• Cooking Oil for frying
• Cooking Oil 2 tbsp for gravy
• Chicken Powder 1 tsp
• Green Chillies (Julienne cut) 4
• Capsicum (Julienne)
• Spring onion 2 stalks

Method

• Marinate chicken with salt, pepper, flour, egg and corn flour. Deep fry until crispy.
• Now take another pan sautĆ© chopped ginger in 4 tbsp of oil, then add all the mentioned sauces with spices and mix well.
• Now add the fried chicken and SautĆ© on high heat.
• In the end add vegetables and sautĆ© on high heat for 2 minutes.
• Now garnish with spring onion and serve.
