BREADING

➡️ 1 cup breadcrumbs
➡️ 1 tablespoon baking powder

SAUCE/GLAZE
➡️ 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
➡️ 1 cup maple syrup
➡️ 1 tablespoon fish sauce
➡️ pinch of black pepper
➡️ 1 teaspoon Korean chili powder
➡️ 1⁄4 cup gochujang
➡️ 2 tablespoons rice water

PICKLED RADISH
➡️ 2 medium daikon radish
➡️ ordinary radish (optional)
➡️ 1⁄2 cup white vinegar
➡️ 3 tablespoons salt
➡️ 1⁄2 cup sugar
➡️ 1⁄2 cup water

GARNISH
➡️ scallions
➡️ cilantro
➡️ red chili
➡️ nuts
➡️ chili flakes
