In today’s video I share everything I’m doing in my second trimester of pregnancy to stay healthy. I start my day by walking my dog. Then I try and do some form of light exercise. I’ve been loving Country Heat on Beachbody on demand. It’s a super gentle and easy way to exercise while pregnant. Now that I’m in my 2nd trimester I can finally start enjoying cooking again. But because I’m pregnant I’m tired most of the time so using the crockpot to make meals has been my favorite thing. I use the crockpot at least once a week. This week I decided to make one of my favorite chili recipes from college. This chili is so hearty and delicious. I hope you enjoyed seeing what I ear in my second trimester of pregnancy.
