Ingredients:
500 grams Pork Belly, cut into cubes 1⁄4 cup Fermented Black Beans
1⁄4 cup Chinese Cooking Wine
1 thumb-sized piece Ginger, sliced
2-3 stalks Green Onions, roughly chopped 2 tbsp Sugar
2 cups Water
2 tbsp Low-Sodium Soy Sauce:
2 tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce:
Procedure:
1. Combine all ingredients in a pot.
2. Cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes or until pork is tender.
3. Take the lid off and simmer until sauce is reduced to a syrupy
consistency.
4. Top with chopped green onions to serve.
