A must try recipe of potato wedges with mexican seasoning loved by both kids and adults.These potato wedges are easy to make,delicious,crispy,flavorful and spicy.Most often these are baked but can also be deep fried or Air fried.Great for snacks,light snacks or party starters.

Ingredients
3 medium sized potatoes

For Batter
1/4 cup All purpose flour
1/4 cup Corn flour or Rice flour
1 tsp.salt
1 tbsp. Dried Oregano
1 tsp.Black pepper powder
1 tbsp.Red chili flakes
1/3 cup water or as required

For tossing(optional)
1 tbsp.butter
1 tbsp.chopped Garlic
1 tsp.Red chili flakes
1 tbsp.mixed herbs seasoning

Recipe:-
Scrub potatoes well and rinse them well.I prefer to keep the skin,if you dont like,you may peel it.
Cut into wedges soak for 30 minutes.
In a pot,boil water and add potato wedges.
Add 1 tsp.of salt and 1 tsp.Garlic powder.
Boil them until the wedges are half done…only for 5 minutes.
Drain them and sprinkle some corn flour and coat gently.
Let them cool down completely.
Make a batter of pouring consistency,coat wedges well
Fry potato wedges in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
In a pan melt butter,add chopped garlic,chili flakes,mixed herbs.saute for 2 seconds.switch off the flame.
Add potato wedges,add fresh chopped corriander and toss well.
It’s ready to serve..Enjoy with your favorite dip.
