Ingredients: (serving two)
2 tablespoons of butter.
2 Chicken Breasts (cut into strips)
1 Green chili.
Half of one capsicum (cut into strips)
2 tablespoons of soya sauce.
Salt to taste.
Half teaspoon paprika.
(increase quantity of ingredients according to taste and serving)
Method:
1.Heat the pan and add butter.
2.When butter starts melting, add chicken strips to the pan, mix them well and leave them for some time. Don’t mix too often or the chicken will leave a lot of water.
3.After the strips look little fried and water has been absorbed, add chili and capsicum to the pan and mix.
4.Add salt, paprika, soya sauce, mix well and increase the heat. Keep flipping the chicken strips so it doesn’t sticks to the pan and burns, once fried take it off heat.
5.Serve with bread or rice. Enjoy!
