This is a quick & deliciously spicy dish!
SPICY “not” Chili! But almost😛
I couldn’t stop eating this last night! I felt great after, not full or tired! Taking a rest from some foods this week and feeling good!!!
2 pounds of ground turkey
1 whole onion cut
5 garlic cloves – cut small
2 cans of roasted diced tomatoes
1 container of beef bone broth
2 medium zucchini diced
Spices: * this was one hot dish so Reduce these spices. Once meat is fully cooked taste, then increase spices (and heat 😛) if desired ♥️
3 TBS Chipotle
2 tsp coriander
1 TBS cumin
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp Cayenne pepper
salt (Himalayan)and pepper ( i went heavy with these two bc of spices kick and i needed the minerals😉)!!!
