Sambal ikan bilis | Pedas or not really depends on the dried chili you used | Cooking Ah Pa

Sambal Ikan Bilis. This round Ah Pa modified my usual recipes abit, rather than adding dried shrimp into the sambal, i added blended ikan bilis instead, both came out really good.

Ingredients:
1 small bowl of anchovies
1 small bowl of dried chili (re-hydrated)
1 tablespoon of roasted belacan
3 cloves of garlic
3 cloves of shallot
Seasonings:
Pinch of salt
Pinch of sugar (suggest to add a little bit more sugar)
Few drops of Ong Ky premium fish sauce
A little bit of Cooking Ah Pa chicken powder
