1 kl. Mud crab
3 pcs mild chillies
1 pc. onion
1 bulb of garlic
1 thumb ginger
1tsp. soybean paste
1 tsp. dark soy sauce
2 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. chopped asian chives
2 tbsp. chopped coriander
1 medium egg
1 cup water ( add the 1/3 cup of water from the 1 cup of water, and the rest is for the sauce)
Salt and pepper
