A deliciously mild chili recipe. You’ve never had anything like this!

* 2 tbsp olive oil
* 1 large onion, chopped
* 4 garlic cloves, minced
* 2 pounds ground chicken
* 1 tsp salt
* 2 tbsp ground cumin
* 1 tbsp fennel seeds
* 1 tbsp dried oregano
* 2 tsp chili powder
* 3 tbsp flour
* 2 15oz cans cannellini or white beans, drained and rinsed
* 1 pound Swiss chard, stems removed, chopped
* 4 cups low sodium chicken stock
* ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
* ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
* ¼ cup freshly chopped parsley
* Greek yogurt or sour cream to dollop

1. In large saucepan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
2. Brown the ground chicken, season with salt/pepper.
3. Transfer to crockpot.
4. Add onion, cumin, fennel seeds, oregano, chili powder, beans, swiss chard, and chicken stock.
5. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
6. Garnish with a dollop of low-fat Greek yogurt or sour cream, grated parmesan cheese, and fresh chopped parsley.
I highly recommend using Greek Yogurt or Sour Cream for a richer, creamier flavor!
Serve with sourdough bread loaf!!!
