Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
¾ cup red onions, diced
¾ cup celery ribs, diced
¾ cup bell peppers of your choice, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2-10¾ oz cans tomato sauce
2-15 oz cans kidney or chili beans, only drain 1 can
1-15 oz can white beans of your choice, preferably Cannellini, drained
2 tbsps vegetable oil
1 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp ground coriander
¾ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp hot sauce of your choice
salt & ground black pepper to taste

To serve per serving:
Roughly 1 tsp cilantro
1 tbsp sour cream
1 oz cheese

⬇️ How to make Slow Cooker Chili ⬇️
0:10 Heat up your oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the beef and saute until the meat is no longer pink roughly 8 to 10 minutes. Drain all the grease and liquid, then transfer the meat into your crockpot.
0:26 Add all the other ingredients into your crockpot, then stir to combine. Cover and cook everything in a crockpot for 4 to 6 hours on low.
1:19 Adjust seasoning to taste with salt and pepper.
1:30 Portion accordingly. Garnish with cilantro, cheese, and sour cream. Serve and enjoy.
