How to make Chili cheese dog jalapeno poppers on a charcoal grill. The poppers are amazing and super creative that your guests will love. Slice the jalapeno to form a boat to fill with cheddar cheese, a slice of hot dog and chili and then wrap with bacon. Smoke at 275 degrees F for 45minutes and then pull away from heat to dunk into the remaining chili and toss a hand full of cheddar in the center for another 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted. Top with sliced green onion and enjoy after resting 10 minutes.
