Garlic
Green Onion
Olive Oil
Red Chili Pepper

Recipe:
1) Stir garlic and green onion with olive oil!
2) Add steamed Quinoa to remove water from quinoa as much as possible!
3) Add red chili pepper!
4) Decorate all with cheese!
