Crispy Chicken Fingers Recipe
Ingredients:
ā¢Chicken 1 pao (250 gm)
ā¢Chili powder ½ tbsp
ā¢Garam masala ¼ tbsp
ā¢Chat masala ¼ tbsp
ā¢Green Chilli 2 (crushed)
ā¢Salt ¼ tbsp
ā¢Ajwain 1 pinch
ā¢Chili flakes ¼ tbsp
ā¢Cream/Malai 5-6 tbsp
ā¢Ginger Garlic paste 1tbsp
ā¢Coriander powder ½ tbsp
ā¢Egg 1
ā¢Cornflour and Maida (1tbsp each)
Method:
1.Wash the chicken and cut it into Finger shapes.
2.Add all the ingredients(Chili powder, Garam masala, Chat masala, Green Chilli, Salt, Ajwain, Chili flakes, Cream/Malai, Ginger Garlic paste, Coriander powder) in chicken, mix well and marinate it for 1 hour.
3.After 1 hour marination, add egg, cornflour and maida in it and mix well.
4.Fry Chicken fingers in hot oil.
5.Your Crispy Chicken Fingers are ready to serve and eat.
