David Chang Makes No Rules Pizza

Dave Chang is back in the kitchen cooking a no rules pizza, encouraging all of us to break the rules and try things out while cooking. This pizza uses store bought dough, leftover spicy pork ragu from another recipe, crème fraîche, and Momofuku Chili Crunch. He makes this pizza on the stove, but you can break his rules and cook this in the oven or swap out crème fraîche for cheese.

As always, there’s no plan, no preparation but this is the essence of weeknight home cooking. Dave’s not trying to hit the bulls-eye, just the target.
