WARNING : This is a very spicy chili. Adjust Cayenne (Red) Pepper, Jalapeños, & Hot Sauce to your liking. Some spices can be adjusted to your liking – the ones listed below are the exact ones we use. We are garlic and spicy lovers 😛

Makes : 16 Cups Approx.

Ground Turkey – 2 1/2 lbs
Yellow Onion – 1 Med Sized
Garlic Bulb – 1 Whole (Adjust to Taste)
Olive Oil -1 Tbs
Crushed Tomatoes – 28 Oz
Diced Tomatoes – 15 Oz
Tomato Paste – 3 Tbsp
Hot Sauce – 1/2 tsp
Kidney Beans – 15 Oz
Red Bell Pepper – 1 Med Sized
Green Bell Pepper – 1 Med Sized
Jalapeños – 2 Small or 1 Large
Sea Salt – 1 1/2 tsp
Chili Powder – 3 Tbsp
Oregano – 2 tsp
Cayenne Pepper – 2 tsp

Top With Cheese & Sour Cream if Wanted.
