today we want to show you stir fry spicy soya bean
Stir-Fried Soybean Snack is made from soaked and stir-fried soya beans – the wonder food that is loaded with health. It is said that for optimal health, eat soya.
With just a sprinkling of chili powder, soy sauce, and salt it transforms into a portion of amazingly healthy food. Serve mixed with chopped onions leaf and a spurt of ginger to further enhance the taste and flavor of the soya bean.
Method:
Step 1: put soya bean in cool water then peel the skin out
1. put it in the hot water for 15 mins.
2. After 15mins, remove the excess water and keep it aside.
3. To the soya bean, add salt, chili powder, and ginger garlic paste, and mix everything.
Step 2: Making chili soya
6. To a pan, add oil, garlic, and ginger and sauté it.
7. Add onion and capsicum and sauté.
8. Add salt and pepper to season the vegetables.
9. Now add vinegar, soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato ketchup, and chili powder, and mix everything.
10. To thicken the sauce, add corn flour slurry.
11. Once the sauce is ready, add the fried soya chunks and mix.
12. Add the spring onions and mix.
13. Finish it by adding some green chilies.
