Chili Oil Noodles – Recipe

HOLD UP! You’re gonna want to try out these Chili Oil Noodles – what a show stopper!
Easy to make, very few ingredients used but what an amazing flavor profile. 😍

Ingredients:
4 minced Garlic Cloves
1 tsp Chili Flakes
1/2 tsp Cayenne (adjust for your taste)
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
2 T Soy Sauce
2 tsp Rice Vinegar
2 Scallions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1/4 cup neutral oil (We used avocado oil)
Salt to taste

Instructions:
Heat the oil in a small pot on medium for 4 minutes or until it starts to sizzle.
Add all the ingredients besides the noodles to a heatproof bowl, then carefully pour the hot oil over the ingredients. It will sizzle and smoke so don’t stand too close. (you will want to make sure your bowl is on a surface that can be easily wiped afterward.)
Add in the noodles, mix well, and serve.
