Delicious Mini Poke Bowl Being Cooked With Style | vegan food recipes

Mini Poke Bowls🥑 These are perfect as a snack or starter, so yum!

Recipe:

Ingredients:
8 wonton or dumpling wrappers
1 avocado
0.25 cup edamame beans
0.5 pomegranate
1 tomato
2 stalks spring onion
0.5 nori sheet

Chili mayo:
6 tbsp vegan mayo
1 tsp sriracha

Instructions:
1. Set the oven to 200C.
2. Press the wonton wrappers into a cup cake tin. Bake for approximately 7-10 min until golden and crispy.
3. Chop up avocado, tomato, spring onion and nori sheet. Rinse your pomegranate.
4. When the wonton wrappers are crispy and lightly golden brown, fill them with edamame beans, tomato, avocado, nori, pomegranate and spring onion.
5. Make your chili mayo by mixing vegan mayo and sriracha in a small bowl.
6. Top the mini poke bowl with chili mayo and enjoy!
