Mutton Yakhni Pulao Recipe in English:
Ingredients of Mutton Yakhni (Stock)
Mutton 1 kg
Black Cardamom 5
Black Pepper 10g
Cinnamon sticks 4-5
Bay Leaf 3
Water 2 Liter
Salt to taste
Ginger and garlic paste 2 tbsp
Onion (chopped) 1/2
Ingredients of Mutton Pulao
Rice 1.5 kg
Cooking oil 1.5 cups
Onion (chopped) 2 nos.
Green Chili 3 nos.
Tomatoes 3 nos.
Yogurt 1 cup
Red chili 2 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tbsp
Salt to Taste
Whole spices 1 tbsp
Preparation for Mutton Stock (Yakhni ):
Now, in a cooking pot, add water, beef, ginger and garlic paste, onion, whole spices and cover this pot and cook for 50-60 mins.
After that
Preparation for Mutton Pulao:
In a cooking pot add cooking oil, onion and cook until light brown.
Now, add boiled meat, salt, red chili, turmeric powder, black pepper, tomatoes and cook for a while.
Add whole spices, green chilies, yogurt and cook for 2 minutes.
Add water, cook it untill boiled.
Now, add soaked rice, stock and cook for a while.
Now, simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Mutton Pulao is Ready.
