Egg Chicken Chow-Mein is a traditional Chinese dish made with egg, chicken, noodles, and stir-fried veggies. We put a lot of vegetables and sauces in Chow Mein. Due to this its taste increases. We can make this by adding chicken and egg and those who do not eat non-veg can also make it with vegetables and paneer. Chow Mein is made with very good taste with homemade sauces. Let’s check the ingredients for chicken egg Chow Mein.

Ingredients:
Vegetables- Carrots, Capsicum, cabbage, onions, Garlic, Ginger, green chili, and bean are the perfect combination of veggies to use for chow mein.
Chow Mein Noodles
Chicken ½ kg
Egg 2
Sauce- The homemade chow mein sauce is amazing in this recipe! Combine soy sauce(1tbsp), Tomato sauce(2 tbsp), Red chili sauce(1 tsp), Green Chili sauce(1 tsp), Honey(According to taste), Vinegar(1 tsp)
Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Ajinomoto(Optional)

How to Make Chow Mein:
1. In a small mixing bowl, combine ingredients for chow mein sauces and set aside.
2. Cook noodles according to package instructions, and set them aside. After boiling 70% drain the water from the noodles and wash them 2 times under running water. So that the boiling process stopped. And add 1 tbsp oil and mix it well.
3. Marinate the chicken and keep it aside for 1 to 2 hours.
4. After 2 hours fry the chicken.
5. For frying the chicken – Heat a large wok or pan. Add a bit of oil to the pan and cook the chicken until it’s golden brown/Soft. Remove chicken and set aside.
6. Now in that same pan add 1 tsp oil and add eggs (2 numbers). Fry it till it is cooked well and after that removed it.
7. Now The same pan takes 2 tbsp oil and adds chopped garlic, ginger, green chili, and onion. Fry it Some time. And after some time add all vegetables all together.
8. Saute for a few minutes until veggies are slightly softened.
9. After that Add egg, chicken, and noodles.

Add sauces, Pepper powder, and salt.
Cook for about 2 minutes, distributing all that saucy goodness around evenly.

(Do all the processes in high flame)
remove from the heat. Serve hot!
