turn instant pot to saute for 10 minutes
when it says hot had some spray oil
and one cup of onion
soften for 10 minutes or so
add 1 cup of chilli and garlic
add 1/2 tsp cumin, garlic granules, salt and pepper and chilli powder
stir in to the onions
add 1 cup of stock and scrape bottom
add 5% beef steak mince and stir
add tin of chopped tomatoes
add tin of kidney beans
add 2 TBSP of tomato puree
seal and set on high pressure for 15 minutes
natural release for 10 minutes
release steam and serve with the white rice
