🔴 INGREDIENTS:
-10kg Prawns
-Lemon
-Fresh Garlic
-Hot Chili pepper
-Onions
-2tps Pink salt
-3tps All-purpose seasoning
-1tps Black pepper
-2tps Garlic powder
-2tps Mustard
-200ml Vegetable oil
🔴 MAKING PROCESS:
-Take the fresh and clean Prawns and squeeze half lemon on the prawns.
-Bland together fresh garlic and hot chili pepper according to the
quantity you are making.
-Empty he rough blended paste in a wide bowl.
-Squeeze in the blander little fresh lemon juice.
-Squeeze fresh lemons as much you want too
-Add all the seasoning with blended paste and mix everything together
very well.
-Add some of the lemon juice and mix everything together.
-Add the vegetable oil and mix until everything is incorporated.
-Peel the onions as much as you want and chop as I’m doing.
-Now the prawns, chopped onions and all the mixture mix together very
well.
-Rub oil/butter on the foil for it not to stick on prawns.
-Then make ready your trays and cover the tray by the foil and leave a
little gape to allow the steam to flow to avoid excess water.
-Put the prawns into a 200 degree preheated oven for 5-10 minutes.
-Bring out the prawns after 10 minutes.
