Super Caliente Chili – Naturally Delicious Healthy Gluten Free depression and recession era cooking

Super Caliente Spicy Chili Recipe! Use half the spicy spices if you can’t handle the heat. This is what I call depression/recession era inspired dinner ideas for two people or more.

Instructions: Place all ingredients into the Croc-Pot, slow cooker, or a large pot in the stove. I leave it on for a couple hours, for example I start cooking at 3 it will be delicious by 5:30. It can stay on and cook for an entire day if you want.

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef, cooked (Around $6)
1 or 2 onions (.50 cents)
2 diced tomatoes ($1 cents or free if you have a garden!)
1 can tomato sauce ($1)
Undrained Pinto and Black bean cans ($2)
olive oil for bottom of croc-pot

Add these spices:
(For less spicy just put 1/2 tsp instead of cayenne, paprika, red pepper flakes and curry. For kids do not put the paprika, red pepper flakes, curry, and cayenne at all.)

4 TBS Chili powder
2 TBS Garlic Powder
2 TBS onion powder
1 Teaspoon:
Rosemary, Thyme, Paprika, Red Pepper Flakes, Cayenne Pepper powder,
Curry powder, ground coriander, pepper salt. Garlic paste.
