Ginger cut into Jullien: 1″
Garlic chopped: 3-4 pods
Flour: 2 Tbsp
Cornflower: 1 1/2Tbsp
Oil: as required
Salt: as required
Pepper powder: 1 Tbsp
Garam Masala powder: 1/4 Tbsp
viniger: 1 Tbsp
Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup: 1 Tbsp
Chilli sauce: 2 Tbsp
Mutton 1/2 kg
