Chili Oil Roasted Garlic

Cut the hairy part of the garlic (most often associated as the “bottom” of the head of garlic).

Spoon over chili oil of your choosing and then season (I did a mixture of salt, pepper, and gochugaru).

Roast at 400 for at least 45 minutes and rest to avoid burning.
