Ingredients
Meaty Tofu Crumbles
2 tablespoons soy sauce/ tamari (for gluten free)
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
(1) 14-ounce firm tofu
Chili
1 medium sweet onion, diced
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
(2) 28-oz cans crushed tomatoes
(2) 15-oz cans black beans, drained and rinsed
(1) 15-oz can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup water
3 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
