In this new dinner recipes series video, I’ll show you how to make a Chilli Beef Cobbler recipe from scratch. We’ll start by making the chilli con carne, then we’ll make the scones to go on top.
Chilli Beef Ingredients:
2 Rashers OF Bacon, Chopped
1 Onion, Chopped
2 Cloves Of Garlic, Crushed
450g Minced Beef
150ml Beef Stock
2 Tablespoons Tomato Puree
1/2 Teaspoon Chilli Powder (or to taste)
1 x 400g Tin Of Chopped Tomatoes
1 Green Pepper, Chopped
1 x 400g Tin Of Red Kidney Beans, Drained & Rinsed
Scone Ingredients (cobbles):
25g Butter
100g Self Raising Flour
65ML Milk
