In this video, I make a delicious paleo chili con carne that is so easy to get prepared and cooking quickly. It’s the perfect dish to have on a cold winter’s day or even in summer if you love the heat.

This dish is fine just by itself, but if you’re looking for extras, then I recommend some cauliflower rice or mash. These are both really delicious and go well with a good chili. Guacamole is also a fantastic addition if you have the time to make it.
One great thing I love about this dish is how well it will reheat. Make sure you store it in either the fridge or freezer in an airtight container. Whenever you need it, reheat, so it’s nice and hot.
If you’re after an ingredient list, then you can find the full list of ingredients below.
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1 onion, diced
2 tsp garlic cloves, crushed
2 carrots, large dice
1 red bell pepper, diced
500g (17.6 oz) ground beef
1 Tbsp red chilies, diced
2 Tbsp tomato paste
2x (800g/28 Oz) cans diced tomatoes
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp marjoram
Salt & Pepper
If you don’t like your food being too hot, then you might want to reduce the amount of chili in the dish. I found it quite mild at one tablespoon, so you might want to add more if you love the heat; otherwise, reduce this by half for a very tamed chili.
Beans are not considered paleo-friendly, so make sure you don’t add these if you’re sticking to a strict version of the paleo diet.
I hope this delicious paleo chili works out for you as well as it did for me. If you have any troubles, feedback, or have a variation that you would like to share, then please leave a comment below.
