Ingredients you’ll need:
Red Chilli Flakes 400 grams
Vinegar 400 ml
Water 500 ml
Garlice chopped 5 tbsp
Cooking oil 700 ml
Sugar 180 grams
Process:
Pour in oil in a wok or pan and heat 2-3 min then add garlic and fry until light brown. Add in chilli flakes and stir and cook on high heat for 3-4 min then add water and cook for another 20 min while stirring after every 4-5 min.
Add sugar and vinegar and simmer on low heat for 30-35 min and keep on stirring after every 4-5 min so that the chilli flakes do not burn.
