Tacooooooo TUESSSSDAYYYYYYY š®!!
I was going to just make regular chili but I thought, why not make Taco styled chili. Itās Tuesday right? This is a super easy to make recipe that is low carb, lower calories than normal chili and keto friendly. REALLY GOOD and actually a variation of what Iāve eaten in the past when I was super buff lmao. So I said well letās make some more! Try this recipe out and let me know what you think!
Ingredients:
Ground Beef (Turkey, Sausage, Or Chicken Works Too!)
Diced Onion ( I used Red & White)
Diced Bell Pepper
Minced Garlic
Coconut Oil
Chili-Styled Tomatoes
Low Sodium Taco Seasonings
Mission Carb Balance Flour Tortilla
Reduced Fat Shredded Cheese
Recipe:
1. Sautee in a pot with some coconut oil, the diced onions, diced bell peppers and minced garlic. Once everything is brown take it out of the pot and set to the side.
2. Brown your meat in the same pot. Then drain grease once cooked.
3. Add onions back into the pot with your meat. Add about a cup of water then add your low sodium season. Mix well then simmer.
4. Cut your tortilla in half then spread you shredded cheese on one side then top with the other and toast on each side.
Top with jalepenos if you want an extra kick then enjoy! Easy right??!?
