HYDERABADI SPECIAL CHICKEN MASALA RECIPE | HOMEMADE CHICKEN CURRY RECIPE | HYDERABADI STYLE
Ingredients
Chicken 750 gm
Onions 2 Cup (Total) | Make Fried (1 Cup)
Yogurt 1 Cup (250 gm)
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 TSP
Salt 3 TSP
Cumin Seeds 2 TSP (Jeera)
Black Cumin Seeds 2 TSP (Saahi Jeera)
Cinnamon 2 Stick
Cloves 1 TSP
Black Papper 1 TSP
Bay Leaves 3
Dry Chili 5
Turmeric Powder 1 TSP
Green Chili Paste 1 TSP
Green Chili 5 Pieces
Garam Masala 2 TSP
Coriander Leaves (Optional)
Processing
|Fry 1 Cup Onions with Oil on High Heat|
|Marinate the Chicken with Yogurt, Ginger Garlic Paste, Friend Onions for 2 Hours|
|Add Cumin seeds, Black Cumin, Cinnamon, Cloves, Dry Chili & Bay Leaves in a Pan|
|Make Dry roast with those raw spices|
|Blend these ingrediants and make a paste|
|Heat 4 TSP Oil and Add the paste in Pan|
|Cook Until the Oil separates|
|Then Add Chicken and Mix with the masala|
|Cover for 10 Minutes on Medium|
|Then Add Coriander leaves and Garam Masala|
|Again Cover for 10 Minutes on Medium Heat|
|Now Your Hyderabadi Chicken Masala is Ready|
