Recipe:
800g Minced beef
220g Tomato paste
2 medium size onion
1 Tbsp Garlic
1 Tbsp Paprika
1 Tbsp Chilli
1 tsp Pepper
200ml Red Wine
20 pcs sausage buns
20 pcs sausage
Prep: Stir fry the garlic and onion with medium heat. Once the onion turns slightly translucent, add in the minced beef. Fry for a bit and add the seasoning and spices. Mix well and add in the tomato paste. Then the red wine. Simmer for 30 mins with slow fire till the sauce thicken. Slit the bun in the middle and fill in the chilli sauce and top it up with the sausage. This recipe can make 20 pieces of chilli dog.
