Ingredients
– egg 4 no boiled

For egg marinade starch
– refined flour 2 tsp
– cornflour 2 tsp
– egg 1/2
– salt 1/4
– pinch of aromatic powder
-pinch of black pepper crust
– chili powder 1/2 tsp
– ginger garlic pest 1/2 tsp
– 1/2 cup water
-oil for frying

For chili sauce
-oil 2 tsp
– garlic 1 tsp chopped
– ginger 1 tsp chopped
– some capsicum dished cut can be use bell pepper
– some onion dished cut
– 3 no green chili sliced cut
– tomato ketchup 1/2 tsp
– chili pest 1 tsp
– soy sauce 1 tsp
– aromatic powder 1 tsp
– black pepper powder 1 tsp
– some green onion
