chopped potatoes (you can add corn)- 10.00
longganisa (optional)- 20.00
Ā½ c. finely chopped garlic- 10.00
2T. chili powder (or more of your choice)- 2.00
2T. chili flakes – 2.00
1T. ground black pepper- 2.00
2tsp. thyme leaves -5.00
2Tbsp. white sugar -2.00
1 Ā½c. salted butter or margarine – 60.00
Ā¼ c. lemon juice – 10.00
2 Tbsp. soy sauce- 2.00
2 Tbsp. oyster sauce- 5.00
