Italian sausage tomato pasta with Korean chili paste #pastachips #shortsrecipe #recipe #delicious

– INGREDIENTS –
tablespoon olive oil
6 pieces garlic thinly sliced
1/2 of medium size onion chopped
3 or 4 store bought fresh hot Italian sausage
Make sure ( take off skin from sausage )
1/4 cup of any red wine
1 tablespoon Korean chili pepper paste
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1/2 can of 12 oz tomato sauce
1/2 cup of milk
3 tablespoons of fresh grind Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt (make sure add little bit at a time sometimes too salty for some people)
1 teaspoon parsley chopped
Choose any pasta noodles of your favorite
I used rigatoni no.24 1 lb (453g) 1 box
– RECIPES-
In a pan with medium high heat grilled sliced garlic with olive oil for about 1 minutes.
Add chopped onion in a pan with garlic
Increase hit cook sausage with garlic & onion
until sausage is nicely brown color
Add red wine and stir well
Now add Korean red chili pepper paste, tomato paste, and tomato sauce mix well together
Add milk and 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
(Save 1 tablespoon cheese for sprinkle on plate)
Add cooked pasta mix together turn off stove 👍
On the plate finish with cheese & parsley
