Hello everyone,
Does freezing peppers and thawing them later impact how spicy they are? Reducing it? My neighbour gifted me some ghost peppers he grew a year ago and I put them in my freezer. I came around to trying one the other day by cutting one up for my veggie wrap and was expecting far more heat. Thinking either freezing or how long they’ve been in the freezer messed them up? Is this the case?
