Garlic Bread Vada Recipe

Ingredients:

1. 1 loaf of The Baker’s Dozen Garlic Bread
2. ½ cup chopped onions
3. 1 green chili finely chopped
4. 7-8 curry leaves
5. ½ tsp cumin seeds
6. 1 tsp rice flour
7. ½ tsp red chili powder (adjust as per taste)
8. 1 tbsp curd
9. Salt to taste

Method:

1. Slice The Baker’s Dozen Garlic Bread and chop them into small cubes.
2. Grind the cubes in a mixer to get your breadcrumbs. Shift them to a mixing bowl.
3. Add in the chopped onions, green chillies, curry leaves, cumin seeds, rice flour, red chili powder, curd and salt; Mix it well till it comes to a dough-like consistency.
4. Take moderate portions of the mixture onto your palm and shape them like vadas.
5. Heat oil and deep fry the vadas until golden brown.
6. Serve hot paired with a side of your favorite dip!
