β’ 1 LB Chicken Breast. Boneless. Cut into 1 inch cubes.
β’ Olive oil 2 tbsp.
β’ Salt and pepper to taste. #McCormick Spice
β’ 1 medium onion. (Diced)
β’ 2-3 Garlic Cloves. (Minced)
β’ 1 Green Bell pepper. (Diced)
β’ 1 Red Bell pepper. (Diced)
β’ 2 McCormickβs Mild Chili Seasoning packets #McCromick Spice
CANNED ITEMS (Try using lower sodium canned items for heart healthy diet.)
β’ 3 Pinto Beans (15 oz.) #BUSH’S Beans
β’ 3 Red Kidney Beans (15 oz.) #BUSH’S Beans
β’ 3 Black Beans (15 oz.) #BUSH’S Beans
β’ 2 stewed tomatoes (15 oz.)
β’ 2 tomato sauce (8 oz.)
β’ 4 oz. Water.
