Ingredients:
1 piece Tilapia (cleaned)
400 mL Coconut Milk
4 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 piece Onion (chopped)
1 thumb size Ginger (cut into strips)
2 pieces Chili Pepper
2 pieces Long Green Pepper
Ground Black Pepper
Fish Sauce (amount as to taste preference)
1 cup Mustard Leaf (Mustasa)
2 tbsp Cooking Oil
Preparing the Tilapia:
1. Season the entire tilapia with salt.
2. Set aside for about 10 minutes. While you wait, start preparing other ingredients.
3. Fry the tilapia in hot oil, then continue in medium heat.
4. When it’s golden brown in color, slowly turn to other side.
5. When finished on both sides, set aside.
Instructions:
1. Heat the pan then add cooking oil
2. Sauté Garlic, Onion and Ginger.
3. Once onion is soft, pour in the coconut milk. Let it boil in medium heat for 5 minutes.
4. Add the tilapia and chili pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Season with black pepper and fish sauce.
6. Add the long green pepper, then cook for 3 minutes.
7. Add the mustard leaves (mustasa). Cover and cook for additional 1 to 2 minutes.
8. Serve.
