1 tbs olive oil
1 yellow onion, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
6 cloves garlic, diced
1 lb beef
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 can diced tomatoes
8oz tomato sauce
1/2 cup red wine
1/2 cup light brown sugar
2 tbs salt
1 tbs pepper
1 tbs smoked paprika
1 tsp chili powder
2 tbs cumin
1 tbs coriander
A pinch red pepper chili flakes
1/4 tsp hot sauce
1 bay leaf
2 cups stock
Turn Instant Pot on saute, add oil, garlic, onions, bell pepper
After 2 minutes, add beef, saute for about 4 minutes
Turn off saute, deglaze with wine, add the rest of the ingredients, do not stir
Turn on high pressure for 45 minutes
Allow to natural pressure release for at least 15 minutes after it is finished cooking
