Smoked Sweet Thai Chili Drumstricks
2 lbs Drumsticks
3/4 C Sweet Chili Sauce
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Ginger – grated
2 – 3 Tbsp of your favorite rub
Mix the sweet chili sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder
and ginger until well combined.
Sprinkle the rub onto the drumsticks.
Grill temp: 225 – 250 F
We used Hickory wood for flavor.
Allow drumsticks to cook for 1 hour and then brush on marinade. Flip and brush
more marinade on the other side.
Smoke until internal temp reaches between 175 – 185 F
Total cook time is approx 2 1/2 – 3 hours.
