Very Simple And Very Easy Recipe Lets start
we Need 2 Eggplant or As Required
1Cup Oil
2red Chili
1Green Chili
Crushed
Salt As Required
First You Can Cutting Eggplant Slices
And wash before Cutting
Take Frypan AND put 1Cup Oil Or As Required
On Fire After Put Eggplant Slices In Oil And fry AS Required
For Chili spice
Take 2 Red chili 1Green Chili salt As Required And Crushed Well
Take some Oil in Pan And Fry Crushed Chili
Put it on the fried eggplant
