Add chili beans for a carb-lovers chili, add it your taco soup, pour it over a hot dog, make your own Hamburger Helper, add it to nachos, the possibilities are endless!
KETO CHILI
The Recipe:
makes 10 pints
20 servings
6 net carbs per serving
4 pounds ground venison (or other lean ground meat)
2-14 oz cans of diced tomatoes and peppers
29 oz can tomato sauce
2 cups beef broth
4 TBSP chili powder
2 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper
Brown meat. Add all other ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. Process pints for 75 minutes.Quarts 90 minutes.
