Frying – chicken fry 2 time (1st fry after rest 10 minints then 2nd fry
पहली फ्राई आराम के बाद 10 मिनट फिर दूसरी फ्राई)
Salt – tast
Honey/Suger-small half spoon
Refine Oil- cooking 25 ml
green Chili -3/6
Black paper- half spoon
coriander leaves -5
Seed
sesam seed- small half spoon
Powder
Turmeric- 2pinch
Cumin – 2 pinch
salt two pinch
Coriander-2pinch
Chili Kashmiri – half spoon ( all powder marinated used)
Onion 2
Ginger 1 inch
Garlic 25 small pic
garlic/ ginger paste 1 spoon
veg -capcicum 100gram
vinegar – half spoon
cornfloor -two spoon
refined wheat flour -one spoon and half
egg – one
dark soy sauce- 5 ml ,
tomato sause- 3 spoon
chili sause – 1 spoon
schezwan sauce – 1 spoon
corn flour water 1/4 cup (cornstarch)
Step-by-step directions.
chicken merinated with garlic,ginger, paste, add lemon juice,salt, red Kashmir chili powder and rest for atlast 8/12 hours chicken weaight under 1.5 kg but chicken weight over 1.7 kg 24 hours, Keep the marinated chicken in the fridge according to Chicken weight
fry-Take the chicken out of the fridge to room temperature 1st fry 10 to 15 min (oil medium hot) rest at last 10 minutes
2nd fry full hot 2to 3 minute
ginger garlic green chili fry with fry pan add capcicum onion and all sause add black paper , 1/4 cup cornstarch water add chicken pieces and fry last add coriander leaves.
test to salt and suger ( chili)
