The Most Creative Dish Prepared On The Great American Recipe @PBS Food A dish I created with my son @Tomio Daumit For the program we used salmon, but any thick cut of fish is delicious in this recipe. We also created a fig and chili pepper sauce to go on top of the salmon, though on my blog you will see I also use a homemade olive oil and lemon drizzle. So delicious. You will need to make friends with a neighbor to borrow leaves if you don’t have a fig tree!
