Keema Bread Casserole with Crispy Pasta Cutlets
Ingredients for keema Filling:
Oil 3 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) 2 tbsp
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Beef mince 700 g
Red capsicum (chopped) 1 cup
Green capsicum (chopped) 1 cup
Tomatoes (chopped) 1 cup
Carrots (chopped) 1 cup
red chili powder 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Water 1/4 cup
Ingredients for Egg Mixture:
Eggs 4
Cheddar cheese (grated) 1 cup
Cream 1/4 cup
Ingredients for Casserole:
Toasted bread slices as required

Ingredients for Crispy Pasta Cutlets:
Boiled macaroni 2 cups
Boiled chicken (shredded & chopped) 1 cup
Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
Green coriander 1/2 cup
Green chilies (chopped) 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
cumin powder 1 1/2 tsp
red chili powder 1 tsp
Beaten eggs (for coating) 3
Vermicelli (chopped) 2 cups
Directions for Keema Filling Preparation:
⦁ In a pan heat oil and add garlic, cook for a minute. Add keema and cook until chicken changes color.
⦁ Add onion, red capsicum, green capsicum, tomatoes, carrots and cook for 2-3 minutes.
⦁ add red chili powder, red chili flakes, black pepper powder, salt, soy sauce, chili sauce, and mix well.
⦁ Add water and cover and cook until keema is fully done. Set aside.
Directions for Egg Mixture:
⦁ In a bowl add eggs, cheddar cheese, cream and mix well. your egg mixture is ready.
Directions for Casserole:
⦁ Take toasted bread slices, remove the edges and cut into 4 pieces.
⦁ Take a dish and add a layer of bread slices, keema filling, egg mixture. Again add a layer of bread slices, keema filling and egg mixture.
⦁ Now bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes. Your Keema Bread Casserola is ready.
Directions for Crispy Pasta Cutlets:
⦁ In a bowl add boiled macaroni, boiled chicken, bread crumbs, coriander, green chilies, salt, black pepper, soy sauce, chili sauce, red chili flakes, cumin powder and mash them well.
⦁ Take the mixture in the palm of your hands And make cutlet shapes.
⦁ now take vermicelli and break it into small pieces.
⦁ Now dip the cutlets in beaten eggs, coat in vermicelli and shallow fry them over low flame until golden brown.
