I’ve recently had the pleasure of making some friends from DRC, but I’m told this stuff is all over the place in West Africa. It’s fantastic and one of the spiciest sauces I’ve ever had. The flavor is a little garlicky, a little oniony, and all chocolate scotch bonnet. Highly suggest. 10/10.
