CHILI GARLIC NOODLES | Spicy Garlic Noodles | Sesame Garlic Chili Oil Noodles

These noodles with garlic ,Thai chili and oil deliver a huge kick of flavor and its ready in just 12 minutes! These noodles are tossed in a spicy chili, oil, garlic, sot sauce and vinegar. it is versatile and can be customized to add chicken, shrimp and pork. Or add tofu to keep it vegan.

CHILI GARLIC NOODLES

⬇️⬇️INGREDIENTS ⬇️⬇️

🔶Noodles (any type)-450 gm (I used Ramen Noodles)
🔶Spring Onion-1 (chopped)
🔶Garlic Cloves-2 (minced)
🔶Red Thai chili-4(chopped)
🔶Cilantro-Handful(chopped)
🔶Cayenne pepper-½ tsp
🔶Sesame seeds-2 tsp
🔶Ground black pepper-½ tsp
🔶Hot oil(any)-1 & ½ tbsp (I used olive oil here. Sesame oil /vegetable oil gives good flavor as well)
🔶Soy sauce-2 tsp
🔶Vinegar-1 tsp
🔶Salt-According to taste (salt can be added with noodles when kept it for 15 min in hot water.
🔶Bone broth/vegetable broth-½ cup
🔶Brown sugar-½ tsp
🔶Peanuts-According to taste

⬇️⬇️Method ⬇️⬇️

1️⃣Put noodles in hot water for 10-15 minutes.

2️⃣Meanwhile chop spring onion, mince garlic, chop red chili and cilantro

3️⃣In a bowl, add chopped spring onion, minced garlic, red Thai chili

4️⃣Then add cayenne pepper, sesame seeds, ground black pepper, hot oil in the bowl and mix

5️⃣Now add all the remaining ingredients (soy sauce, vinegar, salt, bone broth, brown sugar) and mix together.

6️⃣When the noodles are done, combine with the ingredients in the bowl and toss until well coated. Taste and adjust flavors as desired.

7️⃣The first bite might not seem that spicy, but it gets spicier the more you eat, so have a few bites before you decide to add extra chili.

8️⃣Top with cilantro and peanuts
